Talent acquisition specialist - Paris
Nous répondons généralement sous une journée
Orus was born from a simple observation: professional insurance is complex, rigid, and often disconnected from the real needs of entrepreneurs. Too often, business owners end up poorly protected by guarantees they don’t understand.
Our ambition is clear: simplify the lives of entrepreneurs with transparent, accessible, and perfectly tailored insurance solutions. We want to give our clients the peace of mind they need to focus on what truly matters: growing their business.
Three years after our launch, we insure more than 30,000 entrepreneurs daily. And this is just the beginning. We are continuing to grow rapidly, redefining the standards of professional insurance with a team driven by innovation and a constant desire to exceed customer expectations.
What we’ve achieved so far
- 30,000 clients insured in less than 3 years, across 2 countries (France & Spain)
- 10x growth over the past 18 months
- Top-rated insurance company in Europe (4.8/5 on Trustpilot)
- 70 team members with 0 turnover
- Backed by leading European VC funds: Partech, Notion, First, Redstone
What’s next
- Reach 75,000 clients by the end of 2025
- Launch new insurance products
- Diversify acquisition channels, including broker networks
- Accelerate international expansion
